We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Telemedia Act (TMG), and, where applicable, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

3. Access Data (Server Logs)

Our website is hosted with GoDaddy. When you access our website, the following data is automatically collected:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Browser and operating system used
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Pages accessed

This processing serves to ensure technical operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact

When you contact us by email, form or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Newsletter & CRM (HubSpot)

We use HubSpot, a CRM and marketing platform provided by HubSpot Inc. (USA) and/or HubSpot Germany GmbH, to send newsletters and manage contacts. The following data may be processed:

• Email address
• Company information
• Interaction data (e.g. opens, clicks)

Your consent is obtained via double opt-in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). HubSpot also stores data in the USA; we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in this regard.

We use Google Workspace for internal email communication and calendar management. This processing serves to organise our business operations and does not involve tracking data from website visitors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
